Dear Claudia, I love doing the exercises! The workshop was really great and has given me so much. I regularly resort to what I’ve learned there. Right after the workshop, the biggest epiphany I had was that I really needed a job in which I could use my communicative abilities. And then, life happened and brought a new job to me: a friend called me and asked if I was interested in a position he thought would be perfect for me. I felt the same way about the job and I will start there in November.

Since October 2013 I join regularly with great enthusiasm the training “Improving Physical Ability” in the beautiful health center of Claudia Reiter . For my well being as enthusiastic mountaineer the multiple exercise program with the easy-to- learn exercises for the entire muscular system has increased noticeably my fitness after a short time.

The Grinberg Method and a change in diet have changed my life. Six years ago, I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, which caused stomach cramps, panic attacks and chronic diarrhea. After years of consulting orthodox medical practitioners, acupuncturists and homeopaths, undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy, and trying many breathing exercises – with varying degrees of success – I ultimately ended up trying the Grinberg Method four years ago. With my practitioner, I learned that I can change things myself. I learned to trust myself and my body, to be grounded and powerful. Subsequently, the tension and muscle pains I had suffered from gradually lessened. I have been healthy and without pain for two years. And when I occasionally still get afraid of something, I know how to deal with the fear.

Not being able to breathe though my nose and particularly my blocked ears – all inevitable symptoms of a common head cold – frightened me and I developed a habit of putting myself in a state of panic. At some point, a slight tickling in the throat and the mere thought of the cold that it could entail made me panic. I was completely overwhelmed by this situation and felt helpless. In only a few intensive sessions with Claudia Reiter, I learned how to deal with such situations. Since then, fear and panic attacks have been a thing of the past for me and getting a cold has become nothing more than an uncomfortable incident to me. Thanks to Claudia, my quality of life has improved. Thank you very much!
